Established in 1985, Dive Site Scuba Center in Tulsa is one of the most experienced scuba diving training facilities in the nation. As a Scuba Schools International (SSI) Platinum facility, we offer a full range of SSI scuba diving lessons, from Open Water Scuba Diver training through Scuba Instructor training classes.

At Dive Site we supply all of the needed materials and equipment you will need for your Open Water Scuba Diver lessons except for your own personal equipment. Some Scuba educators claim to supply everything but do not supply all of the necessities to safely and comfortably complete your scuba diving training. At Dive Site you will be supplied with a complete student kit including a Student Manual, deluxe zippered Total Dive Log System and the use of the open water video in VHS or DVD format. The video can be purchased separately if desired. In addition to the Student kit, as a prospective scuba diver you will also be assigned a complete SCUBA unit consisting of Tank, BCD, (Buoyancy Compensating Device), Air Delivery system (regulator or octopus as it is sometimes referred to), weight belt with weights and wetsuit if needed. We ask you to have you own personal gear, consisting of mask, fins, snorkel and booties. You should have your own personal gear so that everything fits and can be adjusted properly. You have chosen to make a substantial investment in a fun and exciting new activity and we believe that having personal gear that fits properly and you are comfortable with is an essential part of the equation. As a full service scuba diving retailer we hope you do purchase your personal gear from us, but that is not a requirement. The price indicated for your class is not dependent on purchasing anything else other than your scuba lessons. If you do choose to buy your personal gear from Dive Site you will receive professional help selecting and fitting your personal gear in addition to a substantial discount on your purchase price.
